No. VoxFrame supplies player and subtitle software, not channels, films, playlists or IPTV subscriptions. You enter your own sources. These may include legally offered free channels.

Is Simple the same program as Pro?
No. It is a separate executable with its own key and Simple plan.
What will it cost?
Choose €12.50 excluding VAT for one separate month without automatic renewal, €10 per month excluding VAT for an ongoing monthly subscription, or €79 per year excluding VAT paid annually in advance and renewed automatically each year. Every option includes 150 complete subtitle-file translations per usage month; Stripe Tax adds the applicable VAT (21% for a customer in the Netherlands) and shows the final total before payment.
Does Simple include live subtitles?
Yes. The standard allowance includes 500 minutes of Cloud live-subtitle translation per usage month for sources you add yourself. It provides no channels or IPTV subscription. Your current allowance is confirmed at purchase and in your account.
Do I need my own API key?
No. Subtitle search and translation use VoxFrame Simple Cloud.
Do I need an OpenSubtitles account?
No. Simple does not expose an OpenSubtitles key or login.
Which subtitle source is tried first?
Embedded or matching local text subtitles, then the chosen language through OpenSubtitles, then a suitable English subtitle with translation, and only then transcription.
Can I translate an SRT I already have?
Yes. Translate existing lets you select an embedded text track or local SRT.
Can I change subtitle size and position?
Yes. Simple offers Normal and Large plus up/down positioning.
Where do I buy Simple?
Only on the secure VoxFrame website opened by the player or this page. The player itself does not process payments.
What happens during music in Live Subs?
Explicit music cues are converted to ♪; hearing-impaired descriptions and speaker labels are hidden. Automatic recognition can still produce errors or miss words, especially with music or overlapping speakers.
Can I download Simple now?
Yes. Download the signed VoxFrame Simple 1.1.4 installer only through the official VoxFrame link on this page.
Can I use Xtream instead of M3U?
Yes. Select Xtream under Open IPTV and enter your provider’s server URL, username and password. M3U/M3U8 files and playlist URLs remain available.
Is my IPTV list downloaded again at every startup?
No. Online catalogues are saved on this PC for 48 hours and then refreshed when opened. Refresh now updates sooner. A failed refresh retains a usable previously saved list.
How can I organise my IPTV list?
Choose a group first. Connection and filters narrows groups, for example with NL, DE, UK. Right-click a group to save it in the filter for the next load. Right-click a channel or film to add it to ★ Favorites. Open IPTV returns to your last selected group.
Can I seek in and download a video from my playlist?
Download only if you have permission or another legal basis to make that copy. Supported film sources offer the timeline and Download video. The original file and existing embedded subtitles are preserved. Not every source supports seeking or downloading; a direct download does not add VoxFrame Live Subs.
Does a recording include VoxFrame Live Subs?
Yes. Record only if you have permission or another legal basis to make that copy. Start Live Subs, wait for buffered playback, then choose Record with Live Subs. Visible captions are permanently included in the MP4; size and position are fixed when recording starts. After Stop recording, wait for Saved. Recording adds no translation request; normal Live Subs usage still counts.
Which folders and files does Simple keep?
Each file workflow remembers its own selected folder. Recordings initially use Windows Videos. Unnecessary temporary remnants owned by Simple are removed at startup and shutdown where possible. IPTV lists, favourites, settings, subtitles, finished media and useful recording recovery files are retained.
May I download or record every source I can play?
No. Permission to watch does not automatically include permission to download, record or share. Use these functions only with permission or another applicable legal basis, and do not bypass access or copy protection.
Which transcription models can I choose?
Cloud model plus three local choices: Accurate (large-v3-turbo), Medium (small) and Light (base). Choose them under Settings → Transcription. Selecting a local model does not download it; use Download model for the one-time download.
