How VoxFrame handles website, account, licence, payment and optional Cloud data.
VoxFrame is the controller for the customer account and licence service and is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42116329. Privacy and data-rights requests: support@voxframeplayer.com.
Local video, subtitle files, playlists and settings stay on your computer unless you deliberately start an online action. LAN Watch shares playback only inside the local network session you start.
VoxFrame does not use public-site advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.
Account e-mail, licence and device identifiers are used to deliver, activate, secure and support the product (contract and legitimate security interests). Checkout identifiers, consent evidence and transaction references are used to complete the purchase and meet accounting and consumer-law duties (contract and legal obligation).
Optional Cloud requests send the media/audio or text needed for the selected action, plus account, quota and technical security data (contract). Support messages and redacted logs are used to answer requests and diagnose faults (contract or legitimate interest). Consent is used only where specifically requested and can be withdrawn for future processing.
Stripe processes payment and billing data; VoxFrame does not receive card numbers. Hosting, e-mail and selected AI/subtitle providers receive only data needed for the chosen service. Processors act under agreements and access controls.
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, VoxFrame must use an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Provider details should be confirmed in the final release record before public launch.
Licence and account records are retained while the entitlement exists and as needed for support, fraud prevention and legal claims. Payment/accounting evidence is retained for the statutory administration period. Operational security logs are minimised and normally rotated within 30 days unless an incident requires longer preservation. Closed support cases are normally removed after 12 months unless follow-up or law requires more.
Account and checkout pages use sessionStorage for short tab-scoped tokens and language choice. Licence keys are not stored there by the account page. TLS, restricted access, hashed licence material, rate limits and redacted logs reduce risk, but no system is risk-free.
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local EEA authority.
Some account, licence and transaction data is required to perform the contract. Without it, VoxFrame cannot deliver or maintain the entitlement. VoxFrame does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
