VoxFrame Subtitle Player is a Windows 10/11 x64 desktop application. The permanent Player License has a one-time base price of EUR 24.95 excluding VAT. Cloud Plus and Cloud Pro prices for Player Pro are also base prices excluding VAT. Stripe adds the applicable VAT based on the customer location and shows the final total including VAT before the payment obligation is created.
Purchase and delivery
After confirmed payment, the website supplies an activation key for the same installation. Enter that key under Settings > Account to activate Player Pro. A Cloud purchase grants Player Pro only for the active paid Cloud period and adds the separate time- or usage-limited Cloud entitlement. No separate Pro installer is required.
The binding Stripe checkout button clearly creates an obligation to pay. Confirmation, these pre-contract details, consent evidence and licence information are provided by e-mail or another durable medium.
Licence, devices and updates
The licence is personal, non-transferable and subject to the device limit shown in the account. You may need to deactivate an old device after moving computers. Do not share licence keys or private builds. The official installer link itself is public.
Security, compatibility and maintenance updates may be required. Updates must not silently remove a paid permanent Player entitlement. Player Pro obtained only through Cloud remains available until the paid Cloud period ends and then expires. A separately purchased permanent Player License is not affected.
Content and third parties
VoxFrame Pro and VoxFrame Simple provide media-player software and subtitle services. VoxFrame does not supply TV channels, films, IPTV playlists or TV subscriptions; users add their own sources. Use playback, subtitle processing, recording, downloading and sharing only where you have permission or another legal basis, and respect the applicable source terms. A source being accessible does not itself grant permission to copy or distribute it. VoxFrame does not provide DRM circumvention or rights to third-party content.
OpenSubtitles, Stripe, media codecs and optional AI providers have their own availability and terms. Internet-dependent features can fail or change; local core playback remains subject to system and codec compatibility.
Cloud, fair use and accounts
Cloud is not unlimited unless explicitly stated. Quotas, minutes, credits, concurrency and expiry shown before purchase apply. Abuse, attacks, credential sharing or attempts to bypass quotas may be blocked proportionately.
The Player licence does not include VoxFrame's OpenSubtitles API key. Without active Cloud, users supply their own OpenSubtitles API key and optional login. Active Cloud Plus/Pro may use metered OpenSubtitles search/download through VoxFrame's server account; server credentials never enter the player.
Keep account and e-mail access secure. Report suspected compromise promptly. Billing subscriptions can be managed through the account and Stripe portal.
Conformity, support and liability
Mandatory consumer rights and legal remedies for non-conforming digital content remain intact. Report faults with the app version, exact message and a safe reproducible example. VoxFrame may first offer repair, replacement, update or another remedy required by law.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other loss, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by VoxFrame, subject to mandatory law.
Withdrawal, termination and law
The separate withdrawal and refund policy explains the 14-day right, immediate digital delivery exception, cancellation and statutory remedies. The clearly labelled online route at voxframeplayer.com/cancel/ and the model withdrawal form remain available.
You may stop using the product. VoxFrame may suspend access for material breach, fraud, chargeback or security risk, with restoration where the basis disappears. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory protection of the consumer's country of residence.
Complaints
Submit a complaint through the contact form at support.voxframeplayer.com or e-mail support@voxframeplayer.com. Include the account e-mail, the order reference if available and a concise description, but never send card data, provider secrets or a licence key.
The online form sends a receipt with a reference and UTC timestamp. VoxFrame handles the complaint through the account e-mail and is not affiliated with a separate consumer complaints board. This route does not restrict statutory consumer remedies or the right to contact a competent consumer or data-protection authority.
VoxFrame Simple plans
VoxFrame Simple is a separate media player with VoxFrame Cloud subtitle services and does not activate Player Pro. The one-month pass has a base price of EUR 12.50 excluding VAT, covers one usage month and does not renew automatically. The monthly plan has a base price of EUR 10 excluding VAT per month and renews monthly. The annual plan has a base price of EUR 79 excluding VAT, is paid yearly in advance and renews yearly. Stripe Tax adds the applicable VAT (21% for a customer in the Netherlands) and shows the definitive total before payment.
Every plan includes 150 complete subtitle-file translations, 500 Cloud live-subtitle minutes and a separate 500 Cloud model transcription minutes in each usage month. These allowances cover subtitle processing for sources supplied by the user, not TV viewing time or a channel package. The current allowances shown before checkout are snapshotted for that purchase. A recurring subscription keeps those allowances on its renewals; a later plan change applies only to new purchases and new subscriptions. The annual plan renews all three allowances in each of its 12 internal usage months; unused allowance does not roll over. The monthly and annual plans can be cancelled before the next renewal through the online cancellation route; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Separate Cloud balances
Cloud Plus includes 500 OpenSubtitles credits, 120 transcription minutes and 500 translation minutes per usage month. Cloud Pro includes 2000 OpenSubtitles credits, 400 transcription minutes and 2000 translation minutes per usage month. These balances are consumed and shown separately in the player and online account.
